Roziitelnost

Roziitelnost is a term used in theoretical discussions of complex systems to denote the intrinsic susceptibility of a system, process, or organization to influence by external stimuli. It describes how readily small inputs can alter a system's trajectory or state, regardless of its current stability.

The term is a neologism in Slavic-language scholarly discourse. It is not yet standardized, and its exact scope varies by field. In ecology, roziitelnost might refer to the degree to which population dynamics respond to minor environmental changes; in sociology or economics, to the sensitivity of a network or institution to policy shifts or shocks.

Measurement of roziitelnost typically relies on perturbation experiments, sensitivity analyses, or impulse-response methods. Indicators include the magnitude and duration of deviation from baseline after a small input, and the system's ability to return or reconfigure.

Roziitelnost is related to but distinct from resilience, robustness, and vulnerability. Critics argue the term can be redundant with existing concepts, while proponents see it as a concise label for a specific susceptibility property important in modeling and risk assessment.
