Rosebery

Rosebery is a suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is located 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Sydney. Rosebery is a predominantly residential area with a mix of medium-density housing and some higher-density apartment developments. The suburb is known for its parks and green spaces, including Rosebery Park and Turruwul Park.

The area was originally part of the Aboriginal Cammeraygal people's land. Following European settlement, the land was used for farming and later for industrial purposes.
