Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of southeastern France. The municipality at the French Riviera is situated on a hillside between the town of Monaco and the French town of Menton. Its name combines the medieval village of Roquebrune, French for "rock brown," and Cap Martin, which refers to the former fishing village.

The town was a popular destination for artists, including American writer F. Scott Fitzgerald and English writer and painter Lawrence Durrell, during the early 20th century. Roquebrune's historic town center features 16th to 19th-century towers and houses, such as the Castle of Villeneuve, which is now a government building. Residents also have access to the Canoubier Rock, a well-preserved medieval tower-house.

Outdoor recreation is a significant aspect of life in Roquebrune. It is surrounded by nature walks, coast paths, and beaches on the Mediterranean Sea. The town features one of the major natural sites of the Calanques of the Velodranes and the PPV nature reserve Ouvrage. The Cap Martin climbing route is for experienced climbers due to the presence of low-quality rock and gruesome aspects. Roquebrune-Cap-Martin has a bakery that still employs centuries-old baking traditions. The vendors and surrounding towns often gather in the market for local flowers, produce and cheeses. Today, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is renowned for its beautiful landscape, history, and gastronomy.
