Ringlar

Ringlar are a fictional species native to the planet Xylos in the Andromeda galaxy. They are known for their unique physiology, which includes a semi-crystalline outer shell and bioluminescent internal organs. This shell provides natural armor and also aids in thermoregulation. Ringlar are bipedal, standing approximately 1.5 meters tall, with four prehensile limbs. Two limbs serve as arms, ending in delicate, multi-jointed digits, while the lower two limbs are used for locomotion and are more robust.

Their diet consists primarily of mineral-rich subterranean fungi, which they extract using specialized sensory organs located around their mouths. Ringlar communicate through a complex series of modulated light pulses emitted from their internal organs, as well as subtle vibrations transmitted through their crystalline shells.
