Retinoidikiertoon, a Finnish term, translates to "retinoid cycle" and refers to the cyclical application of retinoids in skincare. Retinoids are a class of chemical compounds derived from vitamin A and are widely used for their anti-aging and acne-fighting properties. Due to their potency, retinoids can sometimes cause irritation, redness, dryness, and peeling, particularly when first starting use.
