Reinvestálás

Reinvestálás is a financial concept referring to the act of using earnings from an investment to purchase more of the same asset or a different asset. Instead of withdrawing the profits, an investor chooses to put them back into the market with the goal of increasing future returns. This strategy is often employed in long-term investment plans, such as retirement accounts or stock portfolios.

The primary benefit of reinvesting is the power of compounding. When earnings are reinvested, they generate their own earnings, which in turn generate further earnings. Over time, this exponential growth can significantly increase the overall value of an investment.
