Recordasteis

Recordasteis is the second-person plural preterite form of the Spanish verb recordar, meaning “you all remembered.” It is used in Spain and other varieties of Spanish that employ the vosotros form to address a group informally. In most of Latin America, the corresponding past tense is formed with ustedes: recordaron.

The verb recordar comes from Latin recordari (to recall, remember), from the prefix re- (again) and the root cor/cord- (heart), a lineage linked to memory and recollection. The preterite forms of recordar are regular for -ar verbs, following the standard pattern.

"¿Recordasteis traer los documentos?" Note: in Latin American Spanish, you would typically use ustedes recordaron, since the vosotros forms are uncommon outside Spain.
