Raklets

Raklets are a fictional species originating from the planet Xylos. They are known for their bioluminescent skin, which can change color based on their emotional state. Raklets possess a unique symbiotic relationship with a native Xylosian plant called Lumina, which provides them with sustenance and, in turn, receives a form of energy transfer from the Raklets. Their societal structure is based on a communal living system, with decisions made through consensus. Physically, Raklets are slender and have three digits on each hand and foot. They communicate through a complex series of vocalizations and light patterns emitted from their skin. Xylos, their homeworld, is characterized by perpetual twilight and abundant flora that also exhibits bioluminescence. Raklet technology is organic and integrated with their environment, focusing on sustainable energy and bio-engineering. They are generally peaceful and have little interaction with off-world species, preferring to maintain the ecological balance of Xylos. Their reproductive cycle is tied to the lunar phases of Xylos. Little is known about their history prior to their discovery by off-world explorers.
