Hybrid propellants combine elements of both solid and liquid systems, typically using a solid fuel and a liquid or gaseous oxidizer. The choice of propellant depends on the specific mission requirements, such as desired thrust, duration, and complexity of control. The development of efficient and safe rocket propellants is a critical aspect of space exploration and launch vehicle technology.
