Radhe

Radhe is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Prabhu Deva and produced by Salman Khan under his banner Salman Khan Films. The film stars Salman Khan in the titular role, alongside Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, and Jackie Shroff. It is a remake of the 2017 South Korean film The Outlaws.

The plot centers on Radhe, a suspended cop who is brought back to combat the drug menace in the city. He faces off against a ruthless drug lord named Rana. The film features extensive action sequences and a focus on the protagonist's unwavering determination to clean up the streets.

Radhe was initially scheduled for a theatrical release in May 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was eventually released on May 13, 2021, on the pay-per-view service ZEE5, alongside a simultaneous theatrical release in some regions and on ZEEplex. This made it one of the first major Bollywood films to opt for a hybrid release strategy.

The film received largely negative reviews from critics, who criticized its predictable plot, over-the-top action, and Salman Khan's performance. However, it performed reasonably well commercially, particularly on the digital platform, owing to Salman Khan's immense popularity. Radhe became one of the most-watched films on ZEE5 upon its release.
