Quenovia is a fictional coastal city described in works set in the realm of Eldoria. It serves as the administrative capital of Quen Province and functions as a regional hub for trade, education, and culture. The city sits at the mouth of the Quen River along the southern coast, blending medieval street plans with modern waterfront districts.

Geographically, Quenovia occupies a natural harbor surrounded by low hills. The climate is temperate, with mild winters and warm summers and rainfall that is moderate and seasonal, peaking in late autumn and early winter.

Historically, the settlement began as a fishing village and trading post in the 11th century. It grew after favorable trade arrangements in the 14th century and emerged as a principal port city by the 16th century. The 19th and 20th centuries brought rail connections and civic reforms that shaped its contemporary urban form.

Its economy centers on the port, logistics, small-scale manufacturing, and services. Quenovia hosts several universities and research institutes, a harbor district, and a growing tech and creative industries sector.

Governance is based on a mayor-council system. The city council comprises twelve members elected to four-year terms, with the mayor serving as the chief executive. The city is divided into five districts for local administration.
