QSARn refers to Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship analysis that incorporates an "n" dimension, typically representing time or a process over time. This extension of traditional QSAR allows for the modeling of dynamic interactions between chemical structures and biological activity or other properties. Instead of a static snapshot, QSARn considers how the relationship evolves as a process unfolds. This can be crucial for understanding phenomena like drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME), the degradation of environmental pollutants, or the progression of chemical reactions.
The "n" dimension can be represented in various ways. In pharmacokinetic modeling, for instance, it might be
