Pääsuhaldussüsteem

Pääsuhaldussüsteem is a system of governance in Estonia that is responsible for overseeing the conformity of laws and regulations with the Constitution. The system is composed of the Chancellor of Justice, the Chancellor of Justice's Office, and other bodies that assist in the promotion of compliance with the Constitution.

Other bodies that assist in the promotion of compliance with the Constitution include the Supreme Court, the Riigikogu (parliament), and various monitoring bodies.
