Probenschalen
Probenschalen, also known as sample dishes or weighing dishes, are laboratory consumables used to hold, transfer, or weigh small quantities of solid or liquid samples. They are typically made of materials that are inert and resistant to chemicals commonly found in laboratory settings, such as glass, plastic, or aluminum. The design of probenschalen varies depending on their intended application. Some are shallow and broad, facilitating easy access for scooping or scraping samples. Others may have a conical or V-shaped bottom to aid in the complete transfer of contents.
Commonly, probenschalen are used in analytical chemistry, where precise weighing of substances is crucial for determining
