Preskriptiooniga

Preskriptiooniga is a term used in Estonian grammar to describe a specific phenomenon of verb conjugation. It is used to indicate a prefix that is added to the root of a word to form the first person singular, or I form, of a verb.

In Estonian, many verbs have a preskriptiooniga form, which is characterized by the addition of a specific prefix to the verb root. This prefix is typically done using consonant mutation, where the initial consonant of the verb root changes to create the preskriptiooniga form. For example, the verb "tulla" (to come), which has a preskriptiooniga form, becomes "tulemas" (I am coming).

The preskriptiooniga form is usually used in sentences where the subject is the speaker or another first person singular pronoun. When the verb is an intransitive verb, the preskriptiooniga form is used to indicate the action of the verb is being performed by the speaker or someone else in the first person singular. However, it's worth noting that preskriptiooniga is not a requirement for all Estonian verbs.

The preskriptiooniga is somewhat more complex when dealing with transitive verbs. Here, two possibilities exist: either adding method "pun merega" or making use of verb "mina olen", but always depending on sentence manifest neither intention to achieve affirmation negative implication expecting.
