Thermoplastiset polymerit are one of the most common types, known for their ability to be melted and reshaped multiple times without undergoing any significant change in their chemical structure. Elastomeerit are a type of polymer that exhibits elasticity and can stretch a significant amount without breaking. Natural rubber and neoprene are well-known elastomers used in tire production, belts, and gaskets.
