Plopsa

Plopsa is a Belgian theme park brand and subsidiary of Studio 100, a children's entertainment company. The parks are operated by the Plopsa Group and feature attractions based on Studio 100 characters, offering family-friendly rides, live shows, and merchandise.

The flagship park is Plopsaland De Panne in De Panne, Belgium, which opened in 1999 as the first Plopsa-branded attraction. The network expanded with Plopsa Indoor Hasselt, an all-weather indoor park in Hasselt, and Plopsa Coo near Stavelot in the Ardennes. The Plopsa brand later extended into the Netherlands and added further parks and the Plopsaqua water parks, which accompany several sites.

The parks’ content is built around Studio 100 productions, with rides and attractions themed to its franchises. In addition, the group operates venues for live shows, such as Plopsaland De Panne’s theater, and maintains an ongoing program of seasonal events and character meet-and-greets.

Today, Plopsa forms part of Studio 100’s broader strategy to leverage cross-media properties across live entertainment, licensing, and merchandising, continuing to develop new attractions and experiences for families.
