Pleisse

Pleisse is a river in Saxony, Germany. It is a tributary of the White Elster. The Pleisse originates in the Ore Mountains and flows north through the Vogtland and into the Leipzig Basin. The river is approximately 90 kilometers long and has a drainage basin of about 1,000 square kilometers. Its main tributaries include the Zwickauer Mulde and the Freiberger Mulde.
