Plantless
Plantless refers to a state or condition where plants are absent. This can describe a variety of scenarios, from natural environments to human-made spaces. In a geological context, plantless describes landmasses or periods in Earth's history where vegetation did not exist or had not yet evolved. Early Earth, for instance, was largely plantless before the development of photosynthetic life.
