Pitiksen
Pitiksen is a geologic formation in the northern part of the Svalbard archipelago, High Arctic, Norway. Located on the island of Nordaustlandet, Pitiksen is a significant glacial feature formed through the erosive action of ancient glaciers. The site is characterized by a series of glacial valleys and expansive plains that have been modified over thousands of years by repeated ice sheet movement.
