Phenom100 is the smallest model in Embraer’s Phenom family of light business jets produced by Embraer Executive Jets. The program was announced in the mid-2000s as Embraer aimed to offer an affordable entry into jet ownership. The Phenom 100 first flew on July 24, 2007, and received certification in 2008, entering commercial service soon afterward. Production was located in Embraer’s facilities in Melbourne, Florida.
