Perustuksen

Perustuksen is the genitive singular form of the Finnish noun perustus, a word with two broad meanings: the foundation or base of a physical object, and a constitutional framework in political or legal contexts. In everyday Finnish, the most common term for the national constitution is perustuslaki, and its genitive is perustuslain. The form perustuksen thus functions primarily as a possessive form when perustus is used in the sense of a foundation or, less commonly, in a broader, non-technical sense related to a constitutional concept.
