Periskopens

Periskopens are a rare type of photographic equipment used in the early days of underwater exploration. Developed in the late 19th century, periskopes were designed to allow photographers to take pictures of underwater scenes without actually submerging the camera. The device consisted of a long, cylindrical tube with a lens at one end and a camera at the other.
