Perforingranzyme

Perforingranzyme is a proposed multi-subunit enzyme complex in immunology that combines features of perforin-like pore formation with granzyme-like proteolytic activity. In this concept, perforingranzyme functions as a unified effector released from cytotoxic granules of immune cells to mediate the destruction of target cells.

Composition and structure are described in speculative models as consisting of a pore-forming subunit that resembles perforin and one or more serine protease subunits related to granzymes.
