Papadimos
Papadimos refers to a variety of thin, crisp disc-shaped food, typically made from seasoned dough. The base ingredients usually include flour, water, and spices, though variations exist. Some popular types are made from lentil flour, chickpea flour, or rice flour. These ingredients are mixed into a dough, which is then rolled very thinly and cut into small rounds. The rounds are then dried, either in the sun or using a dehydrator.
After drying, papadimos are typically cooked by frying them in hot oil until they puff up and
