Panormitis
Panormitis is a small settlement on the island of Symi in the Dodecanese, Greece. It is located on the southern coast of the island, approximately 9 kilometers southwest of the main port of Symi Town. The settlement is primarily known for its significant monastery, the Monastery of Panormitis, which is dedicated to the Archangel Michael. This monastery is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in the Aegean Sea, attracting thousands of visitors and pilgrims annually, particularly around the feast day of the Archangel Michael on November 8th.
