Clearance (CL) is a measure of the body's ability to eliminate a drug. It represents the volume of plasma cleared of the drug per unit of time.

Volume of Distribution (Vd) is the apparent volume into which a drug distributes in the body. It is not a physical volume but a proportionality constant relating the amount of drug in the body to its concentration in plasma.

Half-life (t1/2) is the time required for the drug concentration in the body to decrease by half. It is dependent on both clearance and volume of distribution.

Bioavailability (F) is the fraction of an administered dose of unchanged drug that reaches the systemic circulation. It is particularly important for orally administered drugs, as absorption can be incomplete.

Area Under the Curve (AUC) represents the total exposure of the body to a drug over time. It is calculated by integrating the drug concentration-time profile.

Maximum Concentration (Cmax) is the highest concentration of a drug observed in the plasma after administration.
