PEMDASBODMASte is a mnemonic acronym used to help students remember the order of operations in mathematics. The acronym combines elements from two commonly used mnemonics: PEMDAS and BODMAS. The inclusion of "te" at the end of PEMDASBODMASte is less standardized but often serves to emphasize the importance of performing operations from left to right within the multiplication/division and addition/subtraction steps. This ensures consistency in calculations, as multiplication and division have equal priority, and addition and subtraction also have equal priority. When encountered in a mathematical expression, operations are performed in the specified order to arrive at a single, correct answer.
