Ouspenskys
Ouspenskys, or more formally, the Ouspensky System, refers to a set of teachings and ideas associated with the Russian philosopher and esotericist P.D. Ouspensky. These teachings are largely derived from his work with the influential mystic G.I. Gurdjieff, and Ouspensky himself later developed and presented them independently. The core of the Ouspensky System centers on the idea of 'waking up' or achieving a higher level of consciousness.
