Oskarshamnsreaktorer refers to the Oskarshamn Nuclear Power Plant, a significant nuclear energy facility located in Oskarshamn Municipality, Sweden. The plant has historically comprised multiple reactor units, contributing substantially to Sweden's electricity generation. Construction of the first unit, Oskarshamn 1, began in 1969 and it commenced operation in 1972. Oskarshamn 2 followed, becoming operational in 1974. A third, larger reactor, Oskarshamn 3, was added later, starting its commercial operation in 1985.
