Oberführer
Oberführer was a mid-to-senior rank in the Schutzstaffel (SS) of Nazi Germany. The title translates roughly as “senior leader.” The rank was used in the Allgemeine-SS and later in the Waffen-SS and the Ordnungspolizei, and it existed from the early 1930s until 1945.
