Nutlin3

Nutlin3 is a small molecule inhibitor that targets the protein MDM2. MDM2 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that plays a crucial role in the regulation of the tumor suppressor protein p53. Normally, MDM2 binds to p53, marking it for degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome system.
