Nonsprouted

Nonsprouted refers to grains, seeds, and legumes that have not undergone the natural sprouting process, where they are allowed to germinate slightly before consumption. Unlike sprouted grains, which are partially germinated to enhance nutrient availability and digestibility, nonsprouted grains remain in their original, unaltered state. Common examples of nonsprouted grains include wheat, rice, oats, and barley, as well as legumes like lentils and chickpeas, unless specifically processed to sprout.
