Nonbipolar
Nonbipolar is a term used to describe individuals who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition characterized by significant mood swings, including episodes of mania or hypomania and depression. People who are nonbipolar experience emotional fluctuations, as do all individuals, but these changes do not reach the severity, duration, or pattern required for a diagnosis of bipolar disorder.
