Neutralointitestit, often translated as neutralization tests or assays, are laboratory procedures used to detect and quantify the presence of neutralizing antibodies in a biological sample, such as blood serum. These antibodies are specific proteins produced by the immune system that can block or inhibit the activity of a particular substance, most commonly a virus, toxin, or other pathogen.
