NetiPots

A Neti pot is a simple device used for nasal irrigation, a practice also known as nasal lavage or nasal rinsing. It is typically a small, spout-tipped container, resembling a miniature teapot, used to pour a saline solution into the nasal passages. The solution flows through one nostril and out the other, cleansing the nasal cavity.

To use a Neti pot, one prepares a sterile saline solution by mixing non-iodized salt and lukewarm distilled, sterile, or previously boiled water.
