Nemoduloidaan is a term used in discussions of signal processing and information theory to denote the deliberate absence or avoidance of modulation in a signal or data stream. The word is a neologism that blends Finnish roots related to modulation with a prefix intended to indicate negation. In standard Finnish, this concept would more commonly be described as unmodulated or ei moduloidaan, but nemoduloidaan appears in some technical writings as a compact descriptor for a non-modulated state. It is not a widely established term in formal standards.

In practice, nemoduloidaan describes conditions where a carrier or baseband signal remains effectively constant, or where information is conveyed without varying amplitude, frequency, or phase in the traditional sense.
