Naatlose

Naatlose is a term used in Dutch to describe something without a bath or a source of access to water for bathing. The word is derived from the Dutch words "naat" meaning bath and "loos" meaning without or lacking.

In the past, the absence of a bath or access to clean water was a common problem in many communities, particularly in rural areas. The lack of a naatlose can be attributed to the absence of a well, a pump, or other water source. This made it difficult for residents to access clean water for personal hygiene and other household needs.

The term naatlose can be used to describe various types of deficiencies in access to clean water and bathing facilities. For example, a community may be described as naatloos when there is a lack of public bathing facilities or when households are unable to access clean water at home.
