NZSL
New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL) is the sign language used by the Deaf community in New Zealand. It is a natural language with its own grammar, sign lexicon, and non-manual features such as facial expressions and head movements. NZSL is used in daily communication, education, media, and cultural events, and while it shares historical roots with other sign languages such as Auslan, it is a distinct language in its own right from New Zealand.
