NBPA

The National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) is the labor union that represents current and certain former players in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The NBPA maintains formal relationships with teams, sponsors, and the league to advocate for player interests regarding compensation, health benefits, pension plans, and welfare programs.
