Nõukogudega

Nõukogudega is a term that can refer to different concepts depending on the context, but most commonly it relates to the historical Soviet system of governance. In Estonian, "nõukogu" translates to "council" or "soviet." Therefore, "nõukogudega" can be understood as "with councils" or "with soviets."
