Müslümanlarn

Müslümanlar is a term referring to adherents of Islam. Islam is a monotheistic Abrahamic religion centered on the Quran, which Muslims believe to be the verbatim word of God (Allah), and the teachings and example of Muhammad, whom Muslims consider the last prophet of God. The followers of Islam are united by their faith in the oneness of God and the prophethood of Muhammad.

The word "Müslüman" itself is derived from Arabic and means "one who submits to God." Muslims are found in virtually every country around the world, with significant populations in the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and parts of Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. The global Muslim population is estimated to be over 1.9 billion people, making Islam the second-largest religion in the world.

Muslims observe a set of core practices known as the Five Pillars of Islam. These include the declaration of faith (Shahada), daily prayers (Salat), charitable giving (Zakat), fasting during the month of Ramadan (Sawm), and pilgrimage to Mecca (Hajj) for those who are able. These pillars form the foundation of Muslim religious life and practice. Diverse cultural expressions of Islam exist across different regions, but the core tenets of the faith remain consistent for all Müslümanlar.
