Müokardile

Müokardile refers to the muscular tissue that forms the wall of the heart, specifically the middle layer. This tissue is primarily composed of cardiac muscle cells, also known as cardiomyocytes. The rhythmic contractions of the müokardile are responsible for pumping blood throughout the body. Unlike skeletal muscle, müokardile is involuntary, meaning its action is not under conscious control. It is highly specialized for endurance and is characterized by its intercalated discs, which allow for rapid electrical signal transmission between cells, facilitating coordinated contractions.
