Mõõdetavateks

In practice, this form occurs in noun phrases where the plural noun is described as “as measurable ones” or is being defined as something that should become measurable.

The form is common in formal writing, policy documents, planning, evaluation, and statistics, where criteria, indicators, or targets are defined in measurable terms. It signals that a set of items is to be treated, assessed, or defined in terms of measurability.

Usage notes:

- Mõõdetavateks typically appears with a following noun in the translative plural, such as in phrases like mõõdetavateks kriteeriumiteks or mõõdetavateks näitajateks, meaning “as measurable criteria” or “as measurable indicators.”

- It can also appear with verbs that express becoming or being defined in a measurable form, for example, muutuda mõõdetavateks (“to become measurable”).
