Moraliskt

Moraliskt is a Swedish adverb meaning “in a moral sense” or “morally.” It is derived from the adjective moralisk and is used to describe actions, judgments, or standards as aligned with ethical principles, rather than to describe nouns directly.

In usage, moraliskt appears frequently in ethical discussions, journalism, and everyday speech. Typical collocations include moraliskt försvarbart (morally defensible), moraliskt tveksamt (morally questionable), and moraliskt oacceptabelt (morally unacceptable). It can modify adjectives, as in “Det är moraliskt försvarbart,” and it can modify verbs, as in “Att agera moraliskt” (to act morally).
