Moodustavat
Moodustavat is a form found in Finnic languages, most often cited in Estonian and Finnish, meaning “they form” or “they constitute.” In Estonian, moodustavad is the third-person plural present indicative of the verb moodustama (to form/constitute). In Finnish, the corresponding form is muodostavat, derived from muodostaa.
