Mongolilaisilla

Mongolilaisilla refers to the people of Mongolia. Mongolia is a landlocked country in East Asia, situated between Russia and China. The majority of the Mongolian population are ethnic Mongols, with a significant minority of Kazakhs and other smaller ethnic groups. The traditional nomadic lifestyle has historically shaped Mongolian culture and society, although urbanization has increased significantly in recent decades.

The Mongolian language, written in the traditional Mongolian script and the Cyrillic script, is spoken by the vast majority of the population. Buddhism, particularly Tibetan Buddhism, is the predominant religion, with Islam being practiced by the Kazakh minority. Mongolian society is known for its hospitality and strong sense of community. The history of Mongolia is deeply intertwined with the Mongol Empire, founded by Genghis Khan, which at its height was the largest contiguous empire in history. Modern Mongolia is a parliamentary republic that gained independence from China in 1921. The economy relies heavily on agriculture, mining, and to some extent, tourism.
