Mittausasemia

Mittausasema is a Finnish term that translates to "measuring station" or "monitoring station." These facilities are established to collect data on various environmental or physical parameters. The type of data collected depends on the purpose of the station.

Environmental monitoring stations are common and are used to measure air quality, water quality, noise levels, and meteorological conditions.
