Ministerul

Ministerul is the Romanian term for a government department headed by a minister. The word derives from the Latin minister and indicates a public administration entity responsible for a defined policy area. Functions of a ministerial department typically include policy development, drafting and implementing legislation, regulation, budgeting, and the delivery of public services.
