Miljøklagenævnet
Miljøklagenævnet was a Danish administrative appeals board established to handle appeals concerning environmental law. Its primary function was to review decisions made by lower administrative authorities, such as municipal councils, regarding environmental matters. This included a wide range of issues such as nature conservation, pollution control, land use, and planning approvals with environmental implications. The board's decisions were binding on the parties involved.
The establishment of Miljøklagenævnet aimed to provide a specialized and independent body for resolving environmental disputes,
In 2018, Miljøklagenævnet was abolished and its functions were largely transferred to the Miljø- og Fødevareklagenævnet
