Miljøklagenævnet

Miljøklagenævnet was a Danish administrative appeals board established to handle appeals concerning environmental law. Its primary function was to review decisions made by lower administrative authorities, such as municipal councils, regarding environmental matters. This included a wide range of issues such as nature conservation, pollution control, land use, and planning approvals with environmental implications. The new board continues to handle appeals related to environmental and food-related legislation, building upon the legacy of Miljøklagenævnet.
